From December 22 to 23, the 3rd Executive Committee Meeting of the 11th ACFIC was held in Jinan City, Shandong Province. Chairman of Sanpower Group Yuan Yafei attended the meeting as Standing Committee of the 11th ACFIC executive committee meeting. The meeting studied and implemented the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Working Conference, analysed and understood the current situation, centred on the two themes of healthy work, as well as studied to determine the general idea and specific initiatives of Federation of Industry and Commerce to participate in the reforms, create environment for development, strengthen education guide, carry out legal services, and strengthen grassroots construction. Vice Chairman of the CPPCC and Chairman of ACFIC Wang Qinmin delivered a work report on behalf of the Standing Committee.

Wang Qinmin pointed out that 2014 was the first year of comprehensively deepening reform, and also the year when FIC of all levels achieved significant results in centring on the central task and serving the overall situation, firmly grasping the two themes of healthy work, and promoting all undertakings. This year ACFIC will continue to promote ideals and beliefs education for individuals from non-public economy, explore the establishment of long-term mechanism, guide individuals from non-public economy to continuously strengthen “Four Xin’s” (faith, trust, confidence, credibility). In addition, it will further carry out comprehensive research on technological innovations in medium, small and micro-sized enterprises, actively offer advice and suggestions, and exert efforts to promote the reform of institutional mechanism and the improvement of policy environment that restrict non-public enterprises.

Wang Qinmin made the general requirements for FIC work in 2015. He asked FICs of all levels to earnestly implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Working Conference, centre on the two themes of healthy work, give play to long-term mechanism of ideological and political work, extensively carry out law and integrity education, guide private enterprises to accelerate the transformation and upgrading in the new norm, strengthen the grassroots organisation construction that focuses on giving play to the role of Chamber of Commerce, unremittingly do a good job of work style construction, so as to make new contributions in comprehensively deepening reforms and comprehensively promoting ruling by law.

A total of more than 400 relevant department heads of Central United Front Work Department and the Executive Committee of ACFIC attended the meeting.
