On January 7th, 2015, Zhu Zhifu, Deputy Chief of the Foreign Investment Department of Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission, as well as Vice Chairman of Jiangsu Overseas Development Association, visited Sanpower Group for communication. Fang Aikun, Deputy Chief of Foreign Affairs Office of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government's General Office, and Huang Liang, Senior Vice President of worldwide sales in Da Tang Travel Planners, accompanied Zhu during the visit. Vice President of Sanpower Group Yue Lei met with the guests enthusiastically in the headquarters. Hua Guikan, Executive Vice President of the Group, Zhang Yingjian, Director of Foreign Management Centre, and Li Yuchao, Business Director of Foreign Management Centre, accompanied Yue during the reception.

The guests first visited the Showroom of Sanpower Home, and learned about the entrepreneurial journey of the Group, its five major industry sectors, and a series of its cross-border M&As over the past year. In the ensuing discussion, Vice Chairman Zhu Zhifu first congratulated Sanpower Group on its outstanding results achieved in its transnational development, and welcomed it to join the Association as a vice chairman unit. He said that 2015 will be a surging year of "going abroad", as the Central Economic Work Conference pointed out that "introducing with high level, and going abroad on large scale" should be synchronised. He hoped to take the opportunity to learn about Sanpower Group's future development planning and primary intentions concerning "going abroad". Meanwhile, he said the Development and Reform Commission and the Association will continue to provide businesses that intend to"go abroad" with good services in their future work.

Vice President Yue Lei extended warm welcome to Zhu Zhifu and his entourage, and thanked the Development and Reform Commission and Jiangsu Overseas Development Association for their attention to Sanpower Group's proposals. Yue said that 2014 was the first year of Sanpower Group's transnational development; the Group had achieved such a big success if for no other reason than that it had proposed transnational development early in 2011, and made full preparations in terms of institutional framework, talent pool, and ideological unity. He introduced minutely to the guests the Group's current industrial distribution and future strategic planning, and pointed out that only by M&As can the Group realise overtaking around the curve, as well as the leapfrog development, and that "based on M&As and aided by investments", Sanpower Group will move on at a non-stop and non-rash tempo.

Yue also said that as the vice chairman unit of Jiangsu Overseas Development Association, Sanpower Group will maintain close connections with the Association in the future, making it an important front for foreign liaison, foreign communication, and foreign cooperation.
