On January 26, 2015, Chairman of Sanpower Group Yuan Yafei met with Mr. Rami Levy, Chairman of Israel's third-largest retail supermarket chain Rami Levy-Hashikma Marketing, in the Group Headquarters, and the two sides exchanged views over potential cooperation.

It is learned that Rami Levy-Hashikma Marketing is Israel's third largest retail supermarket chain, as well as a leader of local food retail supermarkets. With 35 years of history, the company has more than 30 stores throughout Israel, with the existing staff of 4,000 people. As the founder, Mr. Rami Levy holds nearly 50 per cent of the company's shares. Mr. Rami Levy visited Sanpower Group, mainly seeking cooperation in e-commerce, telecommunications services etc.

Chairman Yuan Yafei said that Sanpower Group has bought the largest homecare company Natali in Israel, and that the Group is willing to advance the business cooperation with Rami Levy-Hashikma Marketing if there is any opportunity.
