The entrepreneur delegation visited the Showroom of Sanpower Home, the Brookstone Concept Store and the Ageing Service Command Centre. Yu showed great interest in Sanpower’s senior-care industry. It’s known that Vanke has been trying to develop senior-care real estates in recent years. It officially launched the “community-based senior care” mode in 2014. Its first pilot project and senior-care brand “Vanke Care Home” was completed in Beijing as the first community care centre of Vanke Group. According to Vanke’s mode, a building of a traditional community is specially intended for senior care, so that a professional senior care organisation can take its root in a mature urban community. By integrating all resources of the community, it will provide integrated senior care service with the households, the community and the organisation as an organic whole.

In the Ageing Service Command Centre of Sanpower Group, Yang Huaizhen introduced the homecare mode of Sanpower’s subsidiary An Kang Tong. Through terminal equipment, the cloud centre and offline service groups, An Kang Tong has created the “Internet + Grand Senior Care” ecosystem which can really provide proper care for the elderly. Besides, Sanpower Group acquired Natali, an Israeli homecare and telemedicine service provider. By introducing its advanced smart telemedicine device, Sanpower can comprehensively upgrade its senior care and telemedicine service capabilities. Yu Liang spoke highly of the development trend of Sanpower’s senior-care industry. Moreover, he had in-depth discussions with Yang Huaizhen to explore the possibilities of both sides’ cooperation in the homecare field.

At the subsequent talk, the entrepreneurs expressed their intention to cooperate with Sanpower Group in the fields of 3C supply chain and novelty products as well as in the senior care market of Guangdong.
