On 20 June, Sanpower Group welcomed three Hong Kong university students, who carried out a month-long internship. They are the first group of interns from Hong Kong universities to go to Jiangsu Province. Sanpower Group has undertaken this project for three consecutive years. A total of 24 Hong Kong university students have been interns in Sanpower over the past two years.

The summer internship program in Jiangsu for Hong Kong university students was held by the Youth Federation of Jiangsu Province and Hong Kong Association of Youth Development with the aim of making Hong Kong youths aware of mainland economic and social development. The program has been developed in Jiangsu for five years. This year the first group of 18 Hong Kong university students interned in 10 Jiangsu enterprises.

Three college students coming to Sanpower this time will intern in the group’s Culture and Brand Management Centre, 3C Retail Strategy Service Management Centre and the Preparatory Team of Buyers Company. Hu Leiyong, Director of Public Relations and Administration Centre of Sanpower Group, said that Sanpower will provide college students with an all-round service and hoped that they will share what they learned and obtained in Nanjing back in Hong Kong and act as disseminators of cultural exchange between the two locations. Later, college students will visit the Sanpower Home, Brookstone concept store and Senior Care Service Command Centre to gain an understanding of the development history and industrial distribution of the Sanpower Group.
