Meanwhile, based on its own business expansion strategy, Natali China will coordinate, integrate and play a leading role in the introduction of industry resources to Country Garden’s industrial park in Jiangsu region, to serve as a major force in the occupancy of the industrial park and as a co-founder of the Tech Town’s macroecological model. In 2014, Sanpower Group acquired Natali and made it part of its subsidiary Nanjing Cenbest in 2017. After the introduction of its advanced business model and management expertise, Natali will rely on its own technological advantages and experience while leveraging the channel resources of Nanjing Cenbest and Sanpower Group, to constantly push for expansion in China.
Natali Jiangsu boasts the largest user base in Natali China. With over 2 million users, it has expanded its reach to places like Nanjing, Changzhou, Wuxi, Xuzhou, Rugao and Suqian, etc. In particular, the Natali Changzhou project has become the first B2C telemedicine project delivered in China led by National Health and Family Planning Commission of the PRC.
The Country Garden Group, listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, is China’s largest developer and operator of the New-type Urbanization. Building of Country Garden’s East China HQ
In recent years, County Garden has devoted major resources to the new strategy of industry-city integration and promoted the “1+N” development model, namely to build sci-tech innovative and smart towns and form a macroecology with 1 asset-heavy platform (Country Garden) plus several (“N”) asset-light companies. With this strategy the group has launched a number of industry-city integration projects in Pearl River Delta and greater Beijing areas, aiming to construct 100 Tech Towns to bolster the development of the real economy.
Both groups have tapped into their respective strengths and co-created a high-profile industrial project. Their collaboration will stimulate expectation in terms of the industry’s exploration in elderly care real estate and Chinese New-Type Urbanization.
