On September 13, “Xinjiekou Financial Business District Promotion Event & Project Signing Ceremony”, a special event at the Qinhuai District Economy and Trade Talk was held at Jiangsu Hotel, along with a business forum themed on “Transformation and Development of Traditional Business Districts”. Mr. Yue Lei, Global Executive Vice President of Sanpower Group was invited to give the keynote speech. Mr. Xia Dongning, Vice Director of the Standing Committee of the People' s Congress of Qinhuai District, Mr. Zong Ninghu, the district’s Vice Mayor and Mr. Zhang Min, Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of the district also attended this forum. 

At the forum, Yue Lei gave a talk titled “Brand-new Business of Sanpower: Taking Aim at the Future of Xingjiekou Business District”, and discussed the “Sanpower Scheme” on how Sanpower could empower the transformation and development of traditional business districts with more than 140 entrepreneurs and district representatives. He chronicled the major events at the Xinjiekou area to explain how Sanpower had participated in the reform and upgrading of this business district. He noted that with the help of Sanpower, the future Xinjiekou would be more smart and ecological, “armed to the teeth” with Internet, Internet of Things, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, etc. The brand-new business of Sanpower will continue to invest resources in the market strategy of Xinjiekou, take visionary and imaginative steps and rely on Internet technologies and big data computing to empower the brick-and-mortar business. All actions and reactions of Sanpower will revolve around “making it new”.

In the end he envisioned that the future Xinjiekou business district would feature more functions, imagination and the trendiest, hippest, most convenient and ecological lifestyle. If in the past three decades Xinjiekou was the “Top Business District in China”, three decades later it will become “Top Business District in the World”.
