Sanpower New Retail Member Companies Rank among China’s Top 100 Chain Enterprises

Over the past year, the restructuring of China's retail industry has been accelerating. China’s Top 100 Chain Enterprises in 2017 composed by China Chain Stores & Franchise Association (CCFA) was released on May 10th,.

Hisap Brookstone and Funtalk Telecommunications both made the list, with the former ranking 17th and the latter 38th.

According to an annual survey conducted by CCFA, in 2017, leading enterprises had a rebound, with slightly improved operating environments and full-channel operations as well as widespread diversification of off-line retail models.

According to the data released by CCFA, in 2017, the sales volume of top 100 chain enterprises reached 2.2 trillion, growing at 8.0 percent year on year, and accounting for 6.0 percent of total retail sales of consumer goods. Total  number of top 100 chain retail stores reached 109.8 thousand, with a year-on-year growth of 9.1 percent. Revenue of the top 100 convenience stores enterprises in 2017 grew by 16.9 percent and the number of stores grew by 18.1 percent, making it the fastest growing segment in retail
