May 25, Yangxian, Yixing – Accepting formal invitation by the Literary Federation of Yixing, Sanpower Group Senior Vice President Yue Lei attended the opening ceremony of The Ukraine Oil Painting Exhibition. The exhibition was held at Yixing’s Wu Guanzhong Museum of Art and featured more than one hundred of the Ukraine People’s Artists’ pieces—some of which were inspired by scenes of Yixing. The exhibition was hosted by Yixing’s Municipal Promotional Department.

With a long and rich history, Ukrainian fine art painting is some of the most respected in the world. This exhibition featured pieces that combined Ukranian painting styles with Yixing-inspired landscapes. Among them are Yixing Spring, Dawn at Yixing, Yixing by Night, Yixing Clay Culture—each depicting Yixing’s local customs, culture and scenery.

The exhibition closes on June 6th.
