Promotion meeting for trade union efforts in Nanjing non-public enterprises held in Sanpower Group

July 9th - The promotion meeting for trade union efforts in Nanjing non-public enterprises was held in the headquarters of Sanpower Group. Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Nanjing Federation of Trade Union Sun Qiang and Chairman of the municipal New Industries Trade Union Lang Yue attended the meeting with relevant Department heads and representatives from 49 trade unions in non-public enterprises. Yue Lei, Senior Vice President and Trade Union Chairman of Sanpower Group shared the Group's recent years of union-building methods and experience.


The guests first visited Sanpower Home, where they learned about Sanpower Group's corporate culture and development history.



In the ensuing experience sharing meeting, Sanpower Group made a special report on the highlights of its trade union efforts. Yue Lei said that the Group trade union had developed a systematic "15810" plan, including: establishing 1 set of organisational system that highlights authority and communication; carrying out public welfare activities that aim at caring the old and the disabled, helping the poor and the students, as well as preserving the environment; promoting Eight One's corporate culture project: one spring outing, one employee sports meeting, one cultural and art festival, one Spring Festival gala, etc.; Utilising 10 promotional carriers like Sanpower Home, Group magazine, official WeChat, building media, etc., to create a good corporate culture as well as carry forward the progressive spirit of the enterprise.


Sun Qiang highly recognised the methods Sanpower Group had adopted to exert its trade union efforts in the new normal and its transnational development. He stressed that it was necessary to further stimulate the activity of the trade union, making it closer to the interests of employees, so as to push the trade union efforts in non-public enterprises to a new level.
