July 9 - To accelerate private enterprises' pace of "going global", the Foreign Affairs Office of Nanjing Municipal People's Government organised the seminar of "Private Enterprises' Going Global", with relevant leaders from Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce, Nanjing Bureau of Commerce and Nanjing Municipal Investment Promotion Commission, as well as representatives of Nanjing's private enterprises that had successfully gone global in attendance. Senior Vice President of Sanpower Group Yue Lei delivered a gorgeous presentation on behalf of the Group.
Yue Lei elaborated on the "Five Moves" in Sanpower Group's "going global" efforts, and the "Three Combinations" that characterised the efforts, namely, on-line combined with off-line, upstream combined with downstream, and international combined with domestic. Based on the "Three Combinations", Sanpower Group has made various preparations for going global since 2012, including the design of the organisational structure, division of duties, team building, and the unity of thoughts. Resultantly, a series of great achievements have been made in the implementation of its international development strategy. Yue Lei revealed that last year had seen Sanpower Group's five fruitful overseas acquisitions in Europe, America and Middle East. In the years to come, the Group will continue adhering to the "non-stop, non-rash" principle, accelerating the pace of "going global". Sanpower Group's transnational development strategy aroused hot-buttoned discussions among the participants.
Finally, Yue Lei put forward some constructive suggestions for private enterprises to "go global" faster.
